Korean American Medical Student Association (KAMSA) is a student-led organization that is growing every year to support Korean and Korean American medical students to network, collaborate on events, and promote wellness in the broader community. More and more members and chapters are joining every year and every donation helps support our regional chapters and medical students host events and attend multiple conferences, including the annual Korean American Medical Association conference to network and learn from different professionals and fields.
In partnership with KAMA, if you are interested in donating to our organization, please donate to the venmo account @KAMA-USA. Every dollar amount of the donation can be tax deductible! In the description of the donation through venmo, please write “KAMSA donation” and your address and name so that KAMA can provide a gift receipt that you can use as your tax deduction. You can mark your donation as private on Venmo so that only @KAMA-USA can see the address you have listed in the description.

- Regional connections – 13 currently established chapters with more than 5 chapters that started since last year
- Support all chapters financially for their events and initiatives.
- Utilize the KAMA convention as a way for all KAMSA regional members to network and grow a broader community
- Be The Match – Consistently hosting Be The Match drives through our partnership with the organization
- Advocacy – Collaborate with KAMRAF, KAMA, and other healthcare organizations to advance health equity for Asian Americans; promote health literacy among Asian and non- Asian Americans by creating/ providing educational materials; foster cultural competency and increase awareness of specific health issues that disproportionately affect Asian communities.
