KAMSA USNC
Founded in 2022, the Korean American Medical Student Association – Uniformed Services National Chapter (KAMSA USNC) was created to provide educational, mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities for uniformed and veteran KAMSA members. This chapter represents and serves the unique needs and interests of uniformed medical students (active-duty, activated guard/reservist) serving the military health system as well as veteran medical students (including those with prior military service at other countries). Affiliated with KAMSA and KAMA (Korean American Medical Association), the chapter also serves to promote awareness of military-civilian partnerships and military medicine to the KAMA/KAMSA community at large, welcoming all members who are interested in learning more about the unique career tracks of uniformed and veteran medical trainees/physicians. KAMSA USNC welcomes interested students from all medical schools (MD and DO) across the United States, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, economic status and other diverse backgrounds.
Disclaimer: KAMSA USNC is a private organization affiliated with KAMA/KAMSA; the views expressed do not represent those of the U.S. government or the Department of Defense.
